Check Valves

In response to our customers' needs, Michigan Street Pump & Motor valve is fully tooled to resurface both 4" and 6" check valves.

Our process consists of building up the working surface with a uniform weld and then rough grinding the welded surface in preparation for machining. The next step is to face the working surface to the proper height at a 45 degree angle to the axis of the valve. Finally, the surface is ground to less than a 32 microfinish, insuring a durable and long lasting repair.
